Nailart practice: Dale!

So finally, it's Dale turn to be featured lol. 

I lose track of how long I took, but eh.. Not very fast ah.. And his eye focus seems to be off. >_< Anyway, completed the wheel! Will post tmr or what lol. Added top coat for the rest too! :)
